Pilates
Jey, pioneer of Wellbeing in Shanghai, former ballerina and Pilates instructor, will be leading you through Pilates classical method and her technique of strong and precise workouts.
Pilates is a whole-body method that will develop your core strength, flexibility, posture and musculature in a safe yet very deep way.
Details about our retreat
Included :
- 5 days, 6 nights
- Arrival the 4th in the evening, first pilates class planned the 5th in the morning
- Organic Breakfast and 4 diners (1 night free to explore local restaurants)
- Two daily Pilates practice
- Morning energy practice
- Night calm stretch & ease
- 1 to 1 assessment time with instructor – private sessin with Jey
- Surf, snorkeling, or a guided nature walk (see optional program)
- Transportations from/to Samui airport
- Refreshments throughout the day : juices, fruits and clean detox water

The retreat has been carefully programmed to ensure plenty of time for both learning and for enjoying Koh Samui.
Also tailor made for families where one member is doing the retreat, while the other can enjoy accommodation, free time and a nursery option for families for babies and young kids.
There will be many extra workout classes for those keen to keep fit during your stay, including Pilates, Stretches and Meditative Time. Delicious organic local thai food and clean living meals will be prepared daily by our organic community garden.
What a day looks like
8.30 am : Refreshment – Juices
8.45 am : Pilates Class- Tonic energetic wake up
10 am : Breakfast
12-5 pm : Free time to discover the island, Optional Activity

Wonderful villas with private bedroom and private bathroom, nearby the beach in Chaweng Koh Samui.
Each villa is 200 sqm, fully furnished surrounded by tropical garden, huge swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
The domain is an ecofriendly place, with self-filtered water, self-energy solar panel.
All bathroom products are 100% organic and biodegradable : shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Conditions
Travel insurance
We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance in case you’re are not able to make your trip. We have found during our travels that it is well worth having the coverage, as it covers many unforeseen circumstances that may arise while on vacation.
Cancellation up to 60 days before retreat start
If we are able to fill your cancelled spot by three months before the retreat start, we will return all money paid to us, except your deposit. If we are unable to fill your spot, we will only return 50% of all money paid to us after deduction of the deposit.
Cancellation after 60 days before retreat start
Sorry, but no refund possible after this date.
If you are not able to attend the retreat but have a friend or family member that would like to attend, we are happy to transfer 100% of the money that you have paid toward your friend or family member. Both parties must notify us in writing in order to transfer names.
If we cancel the retreat
All money paid to us by you will be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate you for any plane tickets/transportation arrangements you have already made.
Payment general:
€500 non-refundable deposit required in order to secure your spot. We accept Credit Card (PayPal), and/ or direct bank transfer (France and China) . Please note that we won’t pay for any bank or transfer charges, including PayPal fees.
Payment / Deposit has to be done At the latest One month before the retreat – by March 27th-
